This is my Final Blog til next year!!!! I'm so excited for the summer, but I'm sad to leave this year behind. I hope that next year is as great as this year. I'm gonna do globaloria next year and it might be my last year with it unless they get it at the high school. I have had a great year with globaloria. It has been a BLAST. I don't know if I want to have the same partner next year. I'm hoping we change groups kinda, but kinda not. This was a great experiance fir the first time. I can't wait to do this again next year. I can't wait til I get to make a new game and might get to meet new kids.
I think I did good on the West Test. Well I hope I did do good or great. The math and language was the easiest part of the test. The science and social studies was the hardest part out of all four parts. I think I did very good on the math even though we had 3 different math teachers. I think I might could have done better on the science and social studies part, but I don't know cause it was hard.
We did great on our presentation because they gave us good comments. I was nervous at first but I got used to it by the end. Their comments were"They said that it will be great if we added our surgery scene", but I don't know if I we can get the blood to come out of BillyJean. I hope we can, but I just don't know if we can. Our game is good, but they said that we needed to shorten our about integers scene. We need to do a lot of work to our game. They gave us great comments. I Think our game is good, But it could better.
We have made so much progress in our game from my last blog. I have learned how to do hit test and buttons. I have almost got our game done. We have to do a code to make the numbers loop back around. It is very diffcult to do this but I have tried and tried and won't quit til I succeed. We can have a good game, but one of the scenes diodn't work so we changed it. I like our game but, I don't know if everyone will like it. I can't wait til our presentation because I wanna meet all the New York people and show them our fantastic game made by Fantastic Faith's.
There is a lot of internet safety things that need to be followed.A few things for people not to find you is don't put your phone number, adress, or full name. If you did put all this stuff the people could find your house. It would be great if you didn't put these not to do things on the interent.Anything can happen if you do put these, but if you didn't put all this stuff you would be fine.People couldn't find where you live if you didn't put this stuff.They can find you even if you just put one of these things on there.So, don't put it on the internet if you don't want anyone to find you.
Our game is a key board input game. It has alot of parts where you have to use the arrow keys. It may only be that, but I want it to be a mulitiply kind of game. It's going to be hard to do a drag and drop on our game cause it has a lot of different things. I think we can make our game better, but I'm not for sure if we can do it by the time we have to turn it in.
Weused alot of ideas on our game. Math games would help motivation. I dont really play games alot, but if I had to choose one it would be the math tutor on DS. I learned alot of math during this game it actually helped me more than Mr.Cannaday my math teacher. It is really counfusing sometimes in this game but it's still fun.
